about myself

I am a registered Psychodrama Psychotherapist and a member of the ÖAGG (Österreichischer Arbeitskreis für Gruppentherapie und Gruppendynamik). I am passionate about restoring human lives and positively contributing to social change via education and therapy.

I create a supportive, secure and non-judgemental environment in order to help my clientes develop self-awareness and gain insight into any difficulties they are experiencing.

I aim to ‘journey’ with my clients, at their pace, as they develop their ability to explore, understand and make lasting changes for themselves. Clients are encouraged to discover their inner resources and to develop new ways of being that are unique for them. One’s repertoire of roles can expand and change as new roles emerge and old roles transform.

Creative interventions can be a powerful way to access your deeper thoughts and to connect body, mind and soul. If you prefer to sit and talk, we can do that.
